The Italian house cuts the ribbon on a 13,000-square-foot space dedicated to menswear, complete with a private suite for bespoke services.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prada\u2019s new menswear boutique at 720 Fifth Avenue opened with a cocktail reception that moved to a private after-party scored by a DJ set from Arman Nafeei and a live performance by Giveon. Benedict Cumberbatch, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Claire Danes were among the guests who previewed the space.<\/p>\n

The fa\u00e7ade\u2014a smooth expanse of concrete\u2014links seamlessly to the existing women\u2019s store next door, while wide windows frame more than 13,000 square feet spread across two floors. Inside, Prada\u2019s pastel-green walls meet the black-and-white marble checkerboard floor first laid in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a reference that has anchored the brand since 1913. Upstairs, the pattern flips to rosewood, and seating in green velvet or black leather sits beside dark-wood and steel fixtures.<\/p>\n

The store carries the full men\u2019s offer: ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, accessories, and select lifestyle pieces. A private suite introduces Made to Order alongside Made to Measure, letting clients customise everything from cashmere overcoats to leather sneakers with the help of in-house specialists.<\/p>\n

This season\u2019s collection mixes linen suits, silk shirts, and vivid striped knits with supple suede sandals and loafers. Sneakers follow the line\u2019s pared-back mould, while bags range from Re-Nylon staples to distressed leather holdalls built for travel.<\/p>\n
